What do you buy an angry spaniard for christmas?

Hi need help and suggestions finding my father a present. He is a short-tempered, constantly agitated man from spain (thus the angry spaniard) who has little, but no big hobbies. He watches soccer sometimes, likes gardening, and... fixing things. He is afraid of technology, except maybe for watches. He also has a big sweet tooth. I'd appreciate any suggestions or even any general present guidelines for a dad.
