In Aristotle's Politics which two regimes are fundamentally distinct? Why? And what's polity?

There is a kingly regime where the king is considered a superior person, and he rules and is the law, and the constitutional regime where the people are equals, they take turns ruling, and they must follow the law. Polity is another name for the constitutional regime or the people who are living under it.
