How do i get rid of these viruses/worms?

If your using Windows XP and you have microsoft updates on automatic there is a tool on your computer called the Malicious Software Removal tool...to see if you have it on your pc....go to start...then to run....type in mrt....hit ok....if you have the tool the splash screen should appear...if not, you can get it at Microsoft Download Center for free....looking at your infections...most of them are included in the Virus Database of the Malicious Software removal tool......if you have it on your pc ...run it...it will clean it up quickly...
