Hummer 250cc Motocross Bike (4 stroke), should i get it?

i have found a Hummer 250cc Motocross Bike (4 stroke), should i get it,.. never heard of the make....it isnt the same make that actually make hummer cars is it?, or is it a cheap chinease humk-a-crap.
