Tetralysal 300 mg Hard Capsules (acne med)?

I just got prescripted Tetralysal, i take one a day. I was wondering if it worked for you and did you get any side effects? I read the leaflet thing in the box and it says a side effect is Yeast infection and i really dont want it. Whats chance to get it? Also does it like a normal antibiotic which kills all the bacteria and fungi or does this just kill the ones for acne? I learnt in my biology lesson taking antibiotics isnt good.
