Whats going on with me?

Last week or so is started to feel weird just lightheaded and a little dizzy.then i went to sleep and woke up one morning and the entire right side of my face felt numb but the thing about it is i looked fine my lip wasnt drooping like i was having a stroke but i was still lightheaded. then i started having these kind of shortness of breath and the right side of my body felt like i was having sickle cell pain (i do have sickle cell) so i went to the doc and he said he wanted to keep me over night so long story short i stayed for 3 days and had mri, ekgs, cat scans, x rays, blood test, urine test blood pressure was good and just almost every test there could be and they found nothing, nada. So what i want to know is what could be causing my facial numbness, to everyone else i look normal but i don't feel like i do, its hard for me to chew on my right side and my teeth feel weird and i keep biting my the side of the inside of my mouth cause i cant feel it. does anyone have any idea whats wrong, your help will be appreciated.
