Duplex realtor help!!!?

i need help on finding a realtor that will rent to someone that cant come see the house before hand. im moving to fort hood soon and ive been searching and searching for duplex's i find alot that i liked and i called today and half of them wont let me fill out a application because i cant see the duplex before had. and in my mind they are losing business by doing that hellpppp.
