Is having two bottles of wine per table okay for alcohol?

My philosophy is that you should treat your guests to what you can afford, rather than asking them to pay for something. I would be fine with going to a wedding that had a few bottles of wine on the table for dinner and NO bar (except for water, sodas, coffee, tea, which should always be free). Or maybe you just mix up pitchers of one signature tail (you could make a lot of sangria with that wine), and that is the only alcohol that is served. If guests want to throw down, they can always go somewhere after the reception and buy their own drinks.
