Are there others who have pre-existing conditions who's condition was used against them in a relationship?

That was one of my ex-husband's excuses as to why he cheated...he was afraid I'd get cancer again and couldn't deal with it. Nothing like screwing some to get over your fear. I'd had cancer almost 10 years before I met him and was cured. Just another excuse for being an atomic @sshole.
