What are some cool party Ideas for 13-15 year olds?

So my friend and I want to have a party. All of my grade (about 85 kids) would be there. Were both 13 but might have it when were a year older or so. We need so cool party ideas... I live in a duplex which the other side of the house isn't usually occupied so we would use that place to host the party. I live across the street from the police station and cops regularly come down my street. So it shouldn't be to loud or have alcohol or anything. There will be music though. Thanks!
