Toddler beds... the character ones with Dora and Blues Clues.. are all the poles bent and messed up?

Or did we just get a bad one. Id like to know if we should exchange or return. The one rail for the bottom (where the mattress lays) was bent so we could not line up the headboard/footboard with the bottom rails
