Problem with Call of Duty 4 ?

I don't really know anything about Xbox, but it could be that only a part of the disc is damaged. The single player might still work if only the multiplayer files are damaged. You can try taking the disc to a repair service if you want, but it's not guaranteed that it will fix the read error.
