Is it hard raising a child @ a young age?

Like I'm sure I have 1 on the way but iz it hard? Or is it juz life cuz I'm gonna be here for my child no matter what and I have 9months 2 prepare but how hard iz it really 2 actually be there for your kids no matter what age u r cuz I'm 18yr old male and I'm ready but how do u kno if ur really ready
