My friend needs help so i need you to help too!?

I think it sounds like he doesn't like her in the way she wants him to, but it sounds like the main reason why is that he said she always seems pissed off with him. If I was her I'd just be a little more friendly, not like flirting just being nicer like she would to a friend, he may start to see her in a different way after a while. But I think she should also try to move on, like I mean she can still like him but just sort of get on with her own things, and if she does that and is more friendly when she does talk to him, he may start to like her more. Just remember if someone doesn't like you, you will eventually find someone who does and who you will like back, it's hard to believe when you do really like someone but she should give her time to someone more worthy and who will appreciate her and like her back.
