I thought people were saying Joran Van Der Sloot would have it rougher in Peru?
Boy I thought people were saying how much rougher Joran would have it in Peru judicial system . Seems that is not so. CNN is saying he would get a maximum of 35 years for the death of this Peruvian woman. There is no death penalty in Peru for this sort of case also. They have very limited cirstances in which a person will be given the death penalty in Peru. Now this guy has confessed. Although I believe his confession is true that he killed this lady it has been proofed that his word is not reliable. He is supposed to walk the officials through the crime. Do they really believe he will be telling them the exact truth about what happened. He just lied to the FBI when they gave him 25 thousand dollars to say what he knows about Natalie Holloway. 25 thousand and that has been found to be false information. He told them where to dig to find the body. Said she hit her head and died and was buried at a certain location. well guess what she is there. No surprise to me. Now also CNN has said that in Peru he can be have a day taken off of his sentence for every day of good behavior in jail. Wow that's pretty good isn't it for him. He says he chocked the girl when she confronted him about information on him on his lap top. They said blood was all over the place. If he choked her to death why all the blood. And how did he stop her from screaming. Being beating like that anyone would be expected to be screaming. Maybe he was so enraged and he is so sick he kept beating her after the choking ? Any ways I don't think he is telling the truth about what exactly happened, I think it is a possibility that this girl didn't even know about Natalie he just killed her because he is a very sick person. He came out of the hotel room groomed and cleaned too. What did he do with his bloody clothing. Was it in his back pack when he left ? What do you think ?
