Do you think the Government is keeping the Filipinos "stupid"?

Of course. If you study history you will see that its the easiest and cheapest way to maintain control over the mes. It also helps maintain the division between the "haves" and the "have nots". Those who excel on their own or have creative thought go somewhere else to prosper. It aint likely to change any time soon. Thats just my opinion based on direct observation.
