Can anyone explain why liberalism ....?

Good points. I think many American's who vote for the left do so out of ignorance and tradition. Just as many people choose a church based on family tradition rather than what is actually taught their, many choose a party based on family tradition. This is easier than having to think for themselves, and sadly, most Americans are brain washed, spoiled, and lazy. Ironically, this attitude has jarred many out of their sleep as they woke up when they realized they voted in an army of radicals who want to change America into a socialist nation. Thats why the liberal elite are shaking in their boots about November. They realize they have gotten too radical for their own good, and a major correction is coming. The poles are about to shift and liberalism is going to be put out of its misery once and for all (my dream).
