Stress can be a major cause of symptoms like this, but the fever (did you use a thermometer or just feel hot?) doesn't fit into that category. Waking up and possibly hallucinating could just be waking up groggy. Dizziness, nauseousness, and upset stomach could also be stress related. Have you been eating properly? Dealing with the source of your stress should be one of the first steps. Proper diet and getting enough rest are a couple other possible suggestions.
