Puerto Rico denounces US-colonialism at the United Nations, you agree?

as with any other US territory PR is being dumbed down to the point where people are just not educated enough to make an informed decision or any decision period!, they just wanna keep things the same because they're too scared to leave US's hand and go at it on their own.and since democracy means majority rules those who can make a educated/informed decision are too few to make a difference thus leaving the status quo for YET another vast amount of time.
